At M2 Skins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your skin arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused products.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Package

    Place the unused skin back in its original protective sleeve and packaging to ensure it remains flat and free of debris during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Exchange

    Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement skin within 3-5 business days.
