How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping generally takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 days depending on the destination.
Can I reuse a skin once it has been removed?
No, our skins are designed for a single application. Due to the nature of the vinyl material, they will stretch and lose their shape upon removal, making them unsuitable for re-use.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unapplied skins in their original packaging. Please note that custom-designed or personalized skins are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do these skins interfere with device thermals or wireless charging?
Not at all. Our skins are ultra-thin and precision-cut to ensure they do not trap heat or interfere with wireless charging capabilities or signal strength.
What if I mess up the installation?
Don't worry! We offer a 'Replacement Guarantee.' If you have trouble with your first installation, contact our support team with a photo, and we will send you a replacement for a small shipping fee.
